Next you will have to put your system into the Safe Mode. Here is how you do it: restart your computer, on boot up, after the first screen, press the F8 button (you have to be quick otherwise it won’t do anything and you’ll have to restart your PC and try again), you should see a screen with some options on how you want to boot your computer, press on the one with the “Safe Mode”. Once your computer boots up, go to start, then open the “search” application, enter the file name of the virus that your anti-virus program found, delete it. (I’ve heard that with some computer models the mouse doesn’t work in safe mode so use your arrow keys, the windows key, etc…). Put your computer back in normal mode by following similar steps as for safe mode and delete the file from the recycle bin. Your system should now be free of the Trojan Virus.
