My computer is slowing do at random intervals for the past 2 days and for me having this computer for about 3 years this is extremely odd. My frame rate goes down to 2 FPS and and ill have nothing but firefox open.

I opened up my process manger and saw that Csrss.exe is taking 6,440k memory and I dont really know what the normal usage is. Other than Csrss i didnt see anything out of the ordinary. I have a HiJack This scan below if anyone knows how to read through that and find out my problem.
