Too much CPU usage/not enough RAM. Registry booster, and speedupmypc are garbage. Delete those, and try not to have most of those programs running at the same time, especially with IE/firefox.

If your computer is not responding, than why are you on Yahoo! Answers typing about it? Oh, I see, Maybe your main is fried, so you’re using your laptop. Or, Vice Versa.
