If I go to any link, it leads me to an ad, and when I do a view source, this is what comes –

I think you will have better luck joining this sites forum, since you didn’t post the name of the actual virus it’s almost impossible to direct you to a solution

down at the bottom of the page hit the scan now button.
this will kill any virus.
also, run ad-aware from lavasoft.

spyware is getting very smart. Many of these things have found a way to attach to your XP login and your need a boot disk to address the problem.
I use freeav.com and it’s free virus program. It may do the trick for you.
