you would have to know about registry files and tsr.&#039;s . those are the little guys tracking you in the back ground. Tsr&#039;s start up with your program start menu. mostly. unless you know the ones that are not for your windows system, you are not going to be able to get rid of those that are stuck in your registry files.  contact a computer tech, they can get rid of any spy ware that you may have lurking in the shadows of Windows Vista or Xp/</description>
