If you cant install windows 7 its not because of your registry, and even if it was how would some cheap program have any idea about the problem, Download the Windows 7 ISO, off “mydigitallife.com” burn it to disk with imgburn and install windows that way.
CCleaner is your best bet for “completely free” but it really doesn’t work too well.

Try googling CCleaner…I had it reccommended to me and I really liked it. It did a number on my registry and my computer runs really well now.
I believe that I found it on CNet’s website but I’m pretty sure there’s multiple places you should be able to find it.
