Nope its downloading files and installing them form MS if the install is Lagit and not spyware or a virus. Ya its a MS thing it takes 15-30 min depending on your comp speed.

Be patient. I know what you are doing. I have Power Sutie 2009 and it has Registry Booster, and SpeedUpMyPC, and Driver Scnner. I also got Disk Rescue. I had to so the same thing. The file you are download is pretty big so just stay calm.
