Are there any decent registry cleaning programs out there for free?

many diffrent products i have found only clean partially, i need something to fix the rest of the registry problems that i have to a total of 410 using registry booster 2 however it only cleaned 15 of the problems. also is it possible to just go to the location of the problem and delete it myself obviously after setting a restore point. Dont find a free one, they usually suck or bring spyware or adware to you computer.. search for a cheap one, i found one and bought it for 20$ thats pretty cheap..
