i am using windows defender,spybot,avg free 8.0,cleaner,pcfixer,and regcure, do i have enough protection?

Good grief man. If you have all of those things it might cause more harm than good. I would just use Defender, AVG, and Spybot. If your concerned about spyware/malware use a program called Maleware Bytes(http://www.malwarebytes.org/)

There’s no such thing as perfect protection, but its probably good enough.
Just don’t forget to use them regularly!
AVG Free – I haven’t had particularly good experiences with the free version of AVG. I haven’t used the most recent one though. Maybe it is better.

As far as I can see, you have 3 anti-spyware ( defender, spybot and Avg 8.0 which also doubles as an anti-virus.) I’m not really familiar w/ pcfixer and regcure. The only thing you didn’t mention is what kind of firewall you have. Zone alarm or Comodo are pretty decent.
